Maximizing Your Golf Game with the SLX

A Comprehensive User's Guide

Welcome to your journey of transformation with the US patented Square Launcher Xccelerator (SLX), your ultimate tool for achieving peak golfing performance. This guide serves as your road map for effectively utilizing the SLX, allowing you to harness your potential, enhance your consistency, accuracy, and distance, and develop yourself into a self-coached golfer.

The SLX is an innovative swing aid that operates on the principle of eradicating "Consistency Robbers" in your golf swing. By teaching and reinforcing the appropriate trailing or dominant hand action, the SLX mimics a familiar underhand throw, ultimately guiding you to consistently square the club face to the ball at impact for greater precision and distance.

Contained within this digital playbook are video demonstrations and textual content, providing Three CONSISTENCY Quick Fixes. These will guide you to elevate your golf equipment use, swing technique, and mental preparedness, allowing you to self-coach towards increased consistency during both practice and game play.

SPECIAL CAUTIONS AND DISTINCT ADVANTAGES

Our Consistency Playbook will present you with specific warnings and benefits tied to the appropriate utilization of the Square Launcher Xccelerator, as derived from extensive observation and testing across a wide array of users in both practice and play.

CRUCIAL CAUTION

It is crucial to recognize that the SLX is not a typical swing aid for sporadic or practice-only use. It is designed to be incorporated into every club use and shot creation in your game. To fully reap its benefits, it is recommended to keep the SLX attached to your club during every practice or playing swing.

For instance, if you're experiencing a string of off-target shots during a game, and haven't been using the SLX, simply employ the Split Hand Throw Technique as part of your subsequent pre-shot or practice swing routine. This will facilitate the establishment of both muscle and mental memory, enabling you to consistently square the club face to the ball at impact, thereby enhancing your accuracy and distance.

EXCEPTIONAL BENEFIT

The SLX is designed for convenience; it fits snugly into your pocket, much like your golf tees or an extra golf ball, ensuring accessibility at all times. Additionally, it can remain affixed to any club by simply sliding it towards the top of the grip.

This guide is your passport to mastering the SLX, paving your way to becoming a self-coached golfer, enhancing your game consistency, accuracy, and distance. Immerse yourself in the following sections and unlock your golfing potential.

Quick Start Guide

Are you ready to "throw in your way" to a more consistent golf game? With the Square Launcher Xccelerator, you can easily apply the principles of other throwing sports like bowling or softball to your golf swing. Here's a brief guide to get you started, complete with step-by-step instructions.

Using the Square Launcher Xccelerator (SLX)

Hold the SLX Properly

Hold the SLX in your trailing/dominant hand, positioning the tip of your thumb on the yellow arrow and wrapping your index and middle fingers around the dimpled portion of the ball. It should feel as if you're holding a ball, ready to throw it underhand.

Position the Yellow Indicator Line

The yellow indicator line must be situated between your thumb and index finger of your trailing hand. This will guide your grip and swing.

Attach the SLX to the Golf Club

Place the SLX at the bottom of the shaft near the club head, sliding it onto the shaft through the slit opening on the Swing Aid's left side as you hold it. Then, slide the SLX up the shaft and onto the grip, aligning it with where you would normally place your fingers when holding the golf club.

Ensure Correct Tension

The SLX should feel loose on the grip, allowing you to slide it on and off without tension.

CRUCIAL CAUTION

Do not squeeze the SLX tightly onto the grip. Maintain a light grip pressure of 4-5 on a 10-point scale to reduce tension in your hands and arms throughout the swing. Note that the SLX may not fit on JumboMax Grips or some putters with larger flat grip sizes, though it might fit at the bottom of these grips.

EXCEPTIONAL BENEFIT

The SLX's golf ball shape reinforces the mental connection needed for an underhand throw with your trailing hand to the ball in play.

Simplicity

Our focus is on a simple method for consistently squaring the club head to the ball, enhancing accuracy and distance.

QUICK REMINDERS

Fundamentals

You likely already possess a basic swing suitable for consistent play from your experience in other sports using an underhand throw, like bowling or corn hole.

Goals

Our main objective is to help you incorporate that underhand throw into your golf game through the use of the SLG and Split Hand Throw Technique.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Practice Throws

Take a golf stance and practice underhand throws with the foam balls. Focus on short, medium, and long throws to get the feel of hand and arm control, without involving the body.

2. Set Up the Xccelerator

Place the golf ball-shaped Xccelerator on your club shaft with your trailing hand, making sure it stays loose on the grip with minimal tension.

3. Underhand Throw Mimicry

Use the Split Hand Throw Technique to imitate an underhand throw, focusing on hinging, not rotating, to maintain a square position.

4. Direct Line Throws

In an underhand motion, throw both hands/SLX directly to the target ball, maintaining posture and focusing on compression at impact.

5. Hit with Short Iron

Use a wedge to hit various shots with the foam balls. Practice to ensure consistent squaring of the club head.

6. One Swing Thought

Let "wind up and throw your hands/SLX tension-free in an underhand motion to the ball in play" be your guiding swing thought.
